I guess that's how he managed to get favourable review before because I can't see any other reason why any person in his right mind should find merit in this individual.

Mina, the pharmacist, is acutely aware of his regular customers needs, and goes out of his way to ensure these people get the best possible service, with a smile and more often than not, customers exit with a smile on their faces and I know that for the rest of the day my mood is well enhanced.
